CheckWriter (suddenly) prints blank page, jumbled text, or has other printing imperfections.
CheckWriter has no reported printing issues with any browser or system.
If the customer has issues such as
printing a blank page
printing jumbled text, or
any unusual issue printing issue
the quick fix is to switch browsers.
If the cusotmer usually prints just fine, and SUDDENLY they get printing issues have them try a different browser brand.
So if they get the issue while logged in with Firefox, try using Google Chrome, IE, Edge or Safari. Usually, strange printing errors are isolated to one browser on one device.
If the customer must print from a particular browser, try printing to a different printer if available. If not, try saving the print job to a pdf file, then printing that pdf file that was saved.
