How do I cancel my CheckWriter Cloud account?

Remember, customers can't cancel by email or phone, so ...
To cancel send the customer to:
https://checkwriter.net/support.html
or tell them to go to checkwriter cloud dot com, click SUPPORT
Then click Cancel and fill out the form.
The customer will not be billed after the date and time of their cancellation submission. After submission, they will get an email confirmation and issue number from our support system.
If they want to reopen the account in the future, they can give us a call and reference the prior cancellation and we can waive the setup fees in most cases.

NOTE: Non-payment is not considered cancellation. If their account payment on file is declined, and their account is 'suspended' we will continue to maintain their virtual termianl and their data for at least 61 days in most cases If the payment on file is declined repeatedly, and becomes more than 90 days past due, thier account may be terminated and deleted. This WILL NOT erase past due fees, and late charges, so if their intent is to cancel, be sure they fill out the cancellation form.
