How do I recover my password for CheckWriter Cloud?
To recover the password, the user can go to the login screen:
https://cloud.checkwriter.net/
They must Click "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" after entering their ACCOUNT NUMBER
The admin username is "admin" all lower case. If they are an end user on a multi-user account, they must enter their end user's username, rather than admin.
Next, they need to just follow the on-screen recovery prompts.
If the customer never gets the recovery email - have them check their spam filters.
Otherwise --> Open a Support Ticket
