I need a W-9 to make a purchase. How do I get a W9 for Boston Commerce, Inc.

If a customer wants a W-9, just fill out a ticket for the appropriate product they are calling about, BE SURE TO INCLUDE THEIR FULL COMPANY NAME, PERSON'S NAME AND ADDRESS, or the product they order most, and reqest the W-9 in the notes. 

We will issue it within 24 hours or less via email, unless they specifically request it be sent by fax.
