How can I recover my password for BetterCheck Virtual Terminal?

There is no online password recovery tool for BetterCheck, and a manager is required to authenticate users before the password is resent to the email on file.

DOS REPS CAN: Open a BetterCheck Support Ticket

Make sure you enter ALL of the customer's information and
DO NOT SKIP ANYTHING - the more accurate information you enter, the more likely we can authenticate the user based on the support ticket and just resend the password.

This will save a manager from re-contacting the cusotmer, and will satisfy the caller much more quickly.
