"Boston Commerce, Inc., Boston, MA 617-782-8998"
If it says anything else, the charge is not from us.

You can also log into the ordermaster system and try to look up the customer by name, company name, address, zip code, etc.
If the customer recognizes the charge and needs an invoice, you can generate this from the ordermaster system.
