How can I recover my password for BetterCheck Virtual Terminal?
To recover your password, give us a call at 617-782-8998. It would be most helpful to have the 5 digit account number available. Otherwise, a manager can look you up by the email address, or the last 4 digits on the credit card on file.
Once you are authenticated, we will manually resend the password to your email address on file.
If your address is no longer valid, additional verification will be required before your details can be updated, and the password can be resent.
