How do I update my credit card for CheckWriter Cloud?
To update your credit card on file for CheckWriter Cloud
1. Log in at https://cloud.checkwriter.net
2. Go to the FILE menu and select BILLING
3. Enter your new card details and billing address and click UPDATE
This will update your account and re-activate your virtual terminal immediately if it was limited.
* REMEMBER - you cannot update your card by phone. If you do have trouble, please call us at 617-859-8998 and have your account number ready or open a support ticket.
